Application Procedure For Registration As A Graduate Engineer

1. Fill in the Application Form; available on our website or at the EBKs Customer Information Desk.

  1. Attach the below listed documents:
      • Two Colored passport size photo,
      • Certified copies of the original Engineering Degree Certificate,
      • O level certificate
      • Copy of the national id/card or passport
      • Note: Certification to be done by the Commissioner of Oaths whose names and address are fully displayed on the Rubber Stamp:

ยท Graduates from Foreign universities should attach certified copies of the transcripts, address/email address of the university and the contact person.

      • Applicant should make payments through eCitizen as follows;
      • Visit https://ebk.ecitizen.go.ke/
      • Choose Engineers Board of Kenya Services
      • Make Payment through eCitizen

3. Drop your application together with the eCitizen receipt at the Customer Information Desk.

  1. After all the documents are received, the Board will carry out an administrative review of the documents and if there are any deficiencies the Secretariat will advise the applicant accordingly.
  2. The applicant will be notified in writing of the Boards recommendations and thereafter a certificate of registration will be issued to successful applicants.
